Project Manager (f/m) for International / National Events

Spartakus GmbH is an ISO 9001 : 2008-certified complete service provider in the automotive sector. Our team supports well-known automobile manufacturers at automotive events and motor shows. Our portfolio includes the following services: car logistics and handling, car detailing, designing test drive routes, guest services, shuttle service and international vehicle transfers. We work at up to 40 events a year, in Germany and throughout Europe.

We are looking for dedicated Project Managers who will help us carry out projects.

  • Independent project planning, execution and follow-up
  • Responsible for achieving deadlines and cost targets as part of the project implementation
  • Delegate and monitor tasks for internal teams
  • Competent contact partner for customers and service providers
  • Create regular status reports for the project
  • Perform and evaluate team assessments, lead feedback meetings
  • Integrate the “Lessons Learned” and “Best Practices” from projects into the internal quality management system
  • College degree in the area of Event Management, comparable major or a professionally relevant course of study
  • Ideally, experience in project management at automotive events
  • Strong service orientation
  • Organizational strength and management experience
  • A love of cars
  • Dedicated, target-oriented work
  • High level of independence, reliability, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, accuracy
  • Professional, confident attitude
  • Strong communication skills, emotional competence
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Class B (3) driver’s license
  • Strong willingness to travel
