Everything we do is shaped by our sense of responsibility toward the environment, later generations, and our customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.

Spartakus has earned the “Sustainable Company powered by FAMAB” sustainability certificate, proving that the company meets the standards for sustainable business activity and lives up to its ecological, economic, and social responsibilities.

In line with these principles, we conserve natural resources where possible, use biodegradable products, and strive to ensure that the materials we use are recyclable.

We also strive to achieve sustainability in our dealings with customers. Their needs and success are our top priority. We are driven by our mission of providing customized automotive services at a high level to our customers. By doing so, we create the greatest possible benefit for our customers. With the goal of ensuring long-term, efficient cooperation in a spirit of mutual trust and confidence, we also emphasize close contact and respond to customer requests and wishes on a targeted basis.

Naturally, our work with business partners and suppliers is also based on honest dealings with one another. Wherever logistically possible and sensible, we give preference to local partner businesses that do business sustainably.

Our relations with our employees are founded on the knowledge that each and every one of them is one of the building blocks of our success. To keep it that way, we help our employees to grow by providing regular training and continuing education opportunities. We also believe it is important to recognize our employees’ accomplishments and ensure reasonable working hours and a pleasant working environment. We encourage constructive criticism in both directions within our organization as one way to help achieve further optimization.

Alongside our TÜV certification in quality management, which we obtained in 2011, this means we are also expanding on our process standards with the “Sustainable Company powered by FAMAB” sustainability certification.
